Refund & Cancellation Policy

Products
Food products can be returned only if they arrive damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging.
Consultations And Plans
Once a plan has been prepared and shared, the fee is not refundable, because the work has been done. An appointment can be rescheduled if you tell us in advance.
How A Refund Is Paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
